Do these 5 things to master the pull-up & watch how your body transforms. ✖️1. SCAPULAR RETRACTION: Try this RIGHT NOW, lift your shoulders up towards your ears, bring them back towards your spine, & push them towards the floor - THAT is how you need to lock your shoulders in throughout the entire movement. ✖️2. UPWARD CHEST TILT: Maintaining scapular retraction while hanging, lift your nips towards the ceiling & keep your chest high. ✖️3. THE PULL: Instead of thinking of pulling your elbows down, parallel to your spine, pull your elbows down as if your elbows were going to go into the front of your lats. ✖️4. THE TOP: Pull yourself to the top so your upper chest is almost to the bar, while keeping scapular retraction & upwards chest tilt. ✖️5.
