Most babies will drop to 2, but some might still need 3. 💤 2-3.5 hour Wake Windows: * On 2 naps: Wake windows of 3-3.5 hours. * On 3 naps: Wake windows of 2-2.5 hours. 💤 Total Sleep: Aim for 14-14.5 hours of sleep over 24 hours. 💤 Mobility: Your baby may be crawling and getting more active, which can impact their sleep. 💤 8-Month “Sleep Regression”: While not a true regression, many changes at this age can disrupt your baby’s sleep.
