We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of Instagram or any third-party websites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will be compatible with your device or browser

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pictame SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Cost of substitute services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@$pictame.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
