In this installment, Chalamet portrays an older, more hardened Emperor Paul Atreides following a 17-year time jump. For this role, he notably shaved his head to match the character’s aesthetic in the later stages of the story.
Composer Hans Zimmer confirmed that Chalamet provided a “guttural war chant” for the film’s soundtrack and trailer, expanding his creative involvement in the trilogy.
