MAChicken Spaghetti 🍗🍝 — Cheesy, creamy, cozy, and packed with flavor in every single bite.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 block Velveeta cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken
• 1 can mild Rotel
• 2 diced bell peppers
• 1 diced onion
• 3–4 cloves minced garlic
• Thin spaghetti noodles
• 1½ cups heavy cream
• 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
• 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• Optional: chicken broth for extra creaminess
Seasonings (1 tsp each):
• Tony’s (no salt)
• Morton’s Season-All
• Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
• Paprika
• Parsley
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Black pepper
• Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Bring 8 cups of water, chicken bouillon, Tony’s no salt seasoning, Lawry’s season salt, and Morton’s season all to a boil and add chicken breast’s.
2. Boil thin spaghetti noodles until tender, then drain.
3. In a pot, sauté the diced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
4. Add the Velveeta, cream of chicken, mild Rotel, and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
5. Season the sauce with the same spices used for the chicken, adjusting salt to taste.
6. Mix in the shredded cheddar and shredded mozzarella until the sauce is creamy and cheesy.
7. Add the shredded chicken into the sauce and stir well.
8. Add cooked spaghetti and mix until everything is evenly coated. If you want it creamier, add a splash of chicken broth.
9. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes until the top is melted and bubbly.

Recipe:
1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
16-oz of Angel Hair pasta, boiled and drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 oz cream cheese
16 oz Velveeta cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Prepare pasta noodles as directed on package, drain and set aside. Combine in a large saucepan over medium heat the Rotel tomatoes, soup, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, onion and garlic powders. Stir constantly over medium heat until melted. Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta noodles, stir to combine. Add mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Top with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Chicken Spaghetti
4 chicken thighs
1/2 box of the 1 lb angel hair
1/2 cup reserved pasta water
1 tbs olive oil
1 small onion chopped
1 tbs minced garlic
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream, room temp
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
10 oz rotel with chiles, undrained
1.5 cups each: shredded cheddar cheese & shredded Colby jack or cheese of choice
Seasonings: S&P, paprika, garlic powder, & onion powder
💓Chop onion & set aside. Season chicken w/ olive oil & seasonings. Cook over medium heat until internal temp reaches 165. In a separate pot, cook noodles, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. Once chicken is done, remove from pan & set aside.
💓Add more oil to pan if needed & sauté onions for 3-4 min. Add minced garlic & cook for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream. Once it starts to slightly simmer, lower heat and add pasta water, cream cheese & sour cream.
💓Add rotel & cream of mushroom soup & mix. Add seasonings & 3/4 cup of both cheeses. Once cheese melts, add spaghetti & chicken & stir to combine.
💓Pour spaghetti into a baking dish & top w/ remaining cheese. Bake uncovered @ 375 for 20 min. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 12 oz spaghetti
• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 2 cans (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 1 (10 oz) Rotel (undrained)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded cheddar (divided)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°
2️⃣ Cook spaghetti and drain
3️⃣ In a large bowl, mix chicken, soups, Rotel, sour cream, 1½ cups cheese, and seasonings
4️⃣ Stir in cooked spaghetti
5️⃣ Pour into a greased 9x13 dish
6️⃣ Top with remaining cheese
7️⃣ Bake 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly
Let it sit a few minutes before serving so it sets up perfectly 👏🏼
