💡If you ever signed in on a device you no longer control- like a friend's laptop or a stolen phone- that session can remain active and someone with access to that device could still get into your Facebook and Instagram until you manually end it.
✅HERE’S HOW to check and log out of all active sessions:
1️⃣ Log into Facebook on your phone or desktop.
2️⃣ Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Password and Security
3️⃣ Click 'where you’re logged in', and select your Facebook or Instagram account from the list.
4️⃣ Review every device and location listed under 'Logins on other devices'
5️⃣ Scroll down, tap Select devices to log out, choose any old or suspicious devices, and click Log out to remove them immediately.
💡 ALSO CHECK THIS:
👉 Settings → Under 'Your activity', select 'Business Integrations'
Remove apps or tools you don’t actively use.
👉 Settings → Under 'Your activity', select 'Apps and Websites'
Delete old third-party access.
