My lower back injury full explanation part 2 . . Many people has this lower back pain issue and they just consider it as a normal thing. But it is actually your body is telling you something is wrong. Some of your muscles are weak, you lack mobility and flexibility, many more reasons. In my case… A small pain came on lower back and top of the glute of right side. Didn’t gave it much attention and kept on working out as usual. Until the pain got worse. Started researching about it online. Thought it was Siatica and did it’s rehabs but that was not enough. Pain got worse after each leg days. Finally decided to consult a sports physio. Did some tests and got to know it is not Siatica. It was SI Joint pain. SI joint had inflammation and also glutes muscles were weak due to the frequent tension from the heavy workouts. And now… stopped all heavy lifting. Focusing on improving mobility, strengthening glutes knowing the capacity. And mainly made many difference in the daily activities to avoid the stress on si joint. And started doing exercises which will help me recover gradually. . . . #lowerback #injury #discbulge

An intervertebral disc is designed to handle load. But it is sensitive to how that load is applied. A disc bulge does not occur suddenly in most cases. It develops due to repeated mechanical stress over time. WHY DISC BULGE OCCURS Common contributing factors include: • Repeated spinal flexion, especially under load • Combined bending and rotation • Prolonged sitting with poor spinal control • Reduced trunk and hip muscle support • Poor load management during daily or work activities • Age-related disc dehydration and reduced elasticity With repeated stress, the nucleus shifts pressure toward the outer annulus, leading to disc contour deformation (bulge). Physiotherapy focuses on mechanical control, not fear. Early physiotherapy care includes: • Pain and symptom modulation • Education about safe spinal loading • Restoring comfortable movement patterns Progressive rehabilitation focuses on: • Core and trunk endurance training • Hip strength to reduce spinal stress • Movement retraining for bending, lifting, and sitting • Load management strategies for daily life and work • Gradual return to activity and sport Research supports that most disc bulges respond well to structured physiotherapy, without the need for surgery in many cases. A disc bulge is not just a spine problem. It is a movement and load management problem. ⚠️ Educational purpose only This video is intended for learning and awareness. Every individual requires a proper assessment and personalized treatment plan. Always consult a qualified physiotherapist for accurate diagnosis and care.

If you’ve ever looked at your MRI and felt confused… you’re not alone. After seeing more than 1000+ MRI reports, I can tell you this - most people don’t even know what type of disc bulge they have, or what it actually means for their body. Let me break down the most common disc bulges I see every single day: → L5–S1 Disc Bulge The bulge compresses the nerve running to your buttocks, thighs, heel, or toes. This is why many people feel sciatica, leg pain, or foot numbness. → L4–L5 Disc Bulge Pain travels to the outer thigh, calf, or top of the foot. This bulge affects mobility while walking and standing. → C5–C6 Cervical Bulge Radiates pain from the neck to the arm and thumb. Often causes tingling, shoulder weakness, or grip issues. → C6–C7 Cervical Bulge Pain spreads to forearm and fingers. People feel heaviness in the neck and upper back. → Central / Paracentral Herniation Presses directly on the nerve root, causing sharp traveling pain - often mistaken for “random” leg or arm pain. → Bulge + Canal Narrowing (Stenosis) When the canal becomes narrow, nerves get irritated even during simple movements. This leads to stiffness, swelling in feet, and unpredictable pain patterns. Now here’s the part most people miss: Your MRI only tells you what happened. It never tells you why it happened. Most disc bulges come from: → Pelvic tilt → Rib cage compression → Poor breathing mechanics → Loss of natural spine curves → Daily misalignment in sitting, standing, walking, and sleeping And unless you fix these root causes, no medication or painkiller will bring permanent relief. The good news? Your disc bulge can heal naturally when you correct the imbalance that created it. If you want me to analyse your MRI and tell you exactly why your bulge happened - DM “THERAPY” and I’ll guide you step-by-step. #discbulge #backpainrelief #yogaforbackpain #mrireport #backpainrelief

💥 Still guessing how to fix your lumbar disc herniation or sciatica? ❌ Random decompression often makes pain worse, not better. 🔑 Real relief comes from controlled movements. Try these 3 instead 👇 1️⃣ Supine Heel Drops Back flat, legs up, lower one heel at a time to gently decompress and activate your core. 2️⃣ Press-Ups On your stomach, press up with relaxed hips to move the disc off the nerve. 3️⃣ Quadruped Leg Lifts Brace your core and lift each leg with control to lock in long-term stability. These movements help fix disc pain without machines or risky positions. But if you want a long-term plan to fully fix your disc for life… ✅ DM me the word “DISC” and you can get a free disc fix demo with my team. . . 👣 follow @rehabfix . #backpainrelief #sciaticarelief #discherniation #discbulge #lowbackpain #nervepain #spinehealth #painfree #movementismedicine #rehabfix #physiotherapy #mobilitytraining #fixyourback #backpainhelp #sciaticapain

Someone lived with L4–L5–S1 disc-related back pain for 8 years. They laughed when I said reducing pressure could help. Because most people are told one thing: “Disc pain is permanent. Learn to live with it.” 🧠 What actually matters Spinal discs don’t have a direct blood supply. They stay healthy through pressure changes, not rest alone. When discs stay compressed for years—from sitting, posture, poor movement, or lack of load variation—fluid exchange slows, pressure builds, and nearby nerves stay irritated. 📉 This is where inversion boots come in Inversion boots use gravity to assist spinal decompression by: ✔️ Gently reducing pressure between vertebrae ✔️ Allowing fluid, oxygen, and nutrients to move back into the disc ✔️ Helping calm nerve irritation without surgery or aggressive pulling This isn’t cracking. This isn’t forceful traction. And it’s not a one-time fix. ⚠️ Decompression works best when it’s: • Gradual • Guided by symptoms • Used alongside strength and regular movement Relief is the signal. Consistency is the process. 💬 Comment “HANG” and I’ll send you context on how inversion decompression works and whether it may be appropriate for disc-related back pain. #spinaldecompression #discbulge #lowerbackpain #sciatica spinal decompression | inversion boots | disc-related back pain | L4 L5 S1 | herniated disc | nerve compression | non-surgical back care | spine health
