GO髕骨固定貼紮術（一）
1️⃣將貼布從髕骨外側緣開始貼紮
2️⃣在下錨點時，記得從髕骨外側往內側方向推移，將外翻的髕骨調整至合宜舒適的活動角度。
（如影片插圖的虛線髕骨，即為調整後的舒適角度位置）
3️⃣往小腿端的貼布，朝著脛骨內側貼附。
4️⃣朝大腿端的貼布，朝著大腿內側（近內收肌群）貼附。
5️⃣執行第二道貼布貼紮，從小腿前端內側往大腿內側緣貼附。在經髕骨處，做出一個擠壓增加空間的貼法（offload)
6️⃣第三道貼布貼紮，從髕骨外側，往膝內側貼附。再經過髕骨時，一樣執行步驟2️⃣內推的橫移。藉以增加穩定髕骨的固定。

AP《動態貼布第一蹠骨支撐貼紮》
足弓啦哪次不是足弓
但這次貼紮重點放在第一蹠骨基部的支撐
選手因足弓輕微得塌陷造成第一蹠骨向內側旋轉
連帶大拇趾一起下沉
有的會有拇趾外翻、拇囊炎之類的問題
球打久了踩地在MTP 關節都有很大的壓力
不過選手表示不習慣足部有貼紮
所以選擇簡單的支撐方式
利用擺位把第一蹠骨、足弓跟大拇趾放到好的位置
再用回彈性較強的動態貼布提供輔助
讓大拇趾不要離家出走
當然輔助就是輔助
還是要靠其他徒手處置、解代償、小肌肉訓練、本體感覺訓練blah blah blah才能根治嘿
貼一貼就是救急讓選手可以好好練習
覺得貼了就會好辣是不可能的唷😀
對了5月30日是國際大拇指日
