Many of us in Lagos can feel it, the heat is getting more intense. Climate change is no longer distant. It is something we are beginning to experience in our daily lives. Islam teaches us that the Earth was created in balance. Allah says in the Qur’an: “And the sky He raised and set the balance.” (55:7) When that balance is disturbed, the effects reach all of us.
