ELFrame 122 is a 31,000 sq. ft., 5-storey, 15-unit mass timber residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, made up 2 and 3-bedroom rental units.
The project was completed last year to great acclaim, and we're proud to be have been part of the team who put it together!
👉🏼 The project was the 1st mass timber multi-family building approved and constructed under the New York’s 2022 Building Code, an essential milestone for sustainable construction in dense urban contexts, and a great example of design practices for policy advocacy.
🌲Scope of work on this project by Element5 was: Cost consulting, Design Consulting, Pre-engineering Review, 3D Modelling, Structural Engineering (connection design), Coordination with steel, Fabrication of CLT and Glulam, Assembly and Delivery.
