We travel, meet people, build communities, talk politics—and talk endlessly. Sometimes we pause and look back, wishing we had questioned more during our college days. Rethought our learning. Reimagined design education. Why not explore mud, the strength of bamboo, or the potential of reused fabrics? For an architecture student, exposure to such ideas through presentations, places, and practices can shape an entire lifetime. I know this is a matter of choice, and that it evolves with practice over time. But today, we live in a century where the news often begins with worsening AQI levels. That alone demands reflection. I’ve witnessed powerful, thoughtful work across practitioners, design labs, textiles, building blocks, cooling systems, green city maps, and “best-out-of-waste” innovations worldwide. This time, visiting conscious collectives at @godrejdesignlab truly felt encouraging seeing brands re-look at their processes and move towards greener ways of making. It pushed me to think differently and strengthened the possibility of a greener future. In the end, it is a choice and a choice worth thinking about. If we want a beautiful future for the generations to come, we must be deeply conscious of what we design, build, and choose today. #conciouscollective #godrejdesignlab #design #explore #architecture #travelgram #designinspiration #green #sustainableliving #inspired #designwithpurpose
