Your running speed 🏃🏻‍♀️ Every time I line up, I see strong, intimidating athletes And for a second, yeah… it gets in your head Because you know they’ll move heavy weight well They’ll look powerful on the stations But I also know something else Once we get into the runs, I’ll start passing people one by one Because HYROX is not just a strength race It’s a running race where you have to perform under fatigue And this is where most people fall apart They train the stations They train hard But they don’t actually build their engine So every run turns into survival instead of strategy The difference for me has been simple I treated running like it actually matters I built my aerobic base I learned how to hold pace when I’m tired And I stayed consistent with it Not random workouts Not “I’ll just run when I can” But the same non-negotiable runs every single week That’s what allows me to hold my pace during HYROX And that’s where races are won If you want to get better at HYROX, start with your running Comment “RUNNER” and I’ll send you the exact runs I use to build my engine 🤝 #hyroxtraining #hyrox #runningtips #hybridathlete #womensfitness
