There’s nothing like going from thinking, “Why can’t I do this?” to finally having support… to make you realize you were never broken. For years, I thought it was a willpower issue. That I just needed to try harder. Be stricter. Want it more. I watched other women “stick to it” and quietly wondered what was wrong with me. What I didn’t understand then was how much hormones, metabolism, stress, and biology were driving the cycle. I wasn’t failing — I was fighting my own physiology without support. And when I finally stopped white-knuckling everything and allowed myself real help? The shame got quieter. The food noise softened. The all-or-nothing thinking loosened its grip. Sometimes I got lazy & thought I could skip tracking meals or indulge without consequences. But large cheat meals & excess sugar actually slowed my results. GLP's are a tool, not a shortcut. To get the best results, you still need to: • Prioritize protein • Track meals so you know exactly what you're consuming • Move your body ✨️ I’m down 33 lbs by using a GLP as a tool while still putting in the work every day — not by relying on the medication alone.
