If there’s one thing @yanalagree embodies in Lagree, it’s how powerful precise form really is. What looks like a tiny adjustment — a deeper bend, a slower tempo, a more controlled range — can completely transform the intensity of a move. In the Lagree Method, exercises are designed to maximize time under tension, meaning the muscle stays engaged for longer periods instead of relying on momentum. When the form is precise and the movement is slow and controlled, you remove the ability to “cheat” the exercise. That forces the target muscle to stay fully activated, recruiting more muscle fibers and creating that familiar Lagree shake.
