🎀~ practicing every day… practicing everyday insures that you are retaining each lash step in order to build up muscle memory and speeding up the process when it comes to lashing!
🎀~ having a comfortable space/environment… when you have a comfortable space your clients feels comfortable and relaxed and the point of getting your lashes does is to have a luxury service!
🎀~ handing out loyalty cards… giving out loyalty cards is a great way to have clients coming back and gaining a steady clientele!
🎀~ making sure they get home safely… this is something I do personally do but I always make sure that each of my clients has a ride back home safely! I will always check to see if they have gotten into car/ride to ensure that they are safe!
🎀~ starting conversations… making sure to start conversations is important even if it’s asking how was their day or how their doing etc.. you want to make sure you have some type of relationship with your client!

So, there I was, mid-application, when my client suddenly leapt off the table. 😳
She’d fallen asleep, which is pretty standard, but then she started dreaming she was drowning. 😱
I was left standing there, tweezers in hand, totally flabbergasted. I mean, I’ve seen some stuff in this industry, but that was a first!
