JEMIAMI MARKET — Week 2 🌴
This week’s list is not small.
Finishing the marmalade.
Making mango.
Making papaya.
Making Strawberry.
Making Blackberry.
And making dragon fruit…for the first time.
Which means Miami will be the first to try something brand new.
The kitchen has officially shifted into full production mode.
Bigger batches.
Longer days.
A lot of fruit.
It’s stretching me — in capacity, in organization…and apparently in patience. 😅 (There’s something humbling about realizing fruit does not move faster just because you have a deadline.)
As I work through this list, I keep thinking about how this opportunity didn’t happen in isolation.
It happened because you kept showing up. Ordering. Sharing. Telling your friends.
So this week feels bigger than just prep. It feels like growth.
