All fun and games🥲 We’re really sorry to say that the MindBody issues are ongoing😭 I’ve been on the phone with multiple clients this morning who couldn’t see any of our pricing or any contracts to check out. We’ve spent 2hrs on the phone to MindBody and they have confirmed that this bug is affecting specific accounts (baring in mind we have hundreds of sign ups🥲…) Many of you have been able to sign up and check out just fine (thank you, we’re so over the moon to have you as Founders and cant wait to tell you more!!❤️). But I want to make sure that everyone who wanted to become a founding member actually gets the chance to be 😭 ofc I’m grateful to be in a position where we’ve had so much interest, but it’s still stressful and not a great checkout experience🫣😭 P.s. for some people the problem was solved when they downloaded the App, so you might want to try that! But that won’t fix it for everyone. In the mean time, MindBody are escalating the issue. So many people I talk to tell me- “I do everything right” yet still feel wired, inflamed, fatigued, or stuck in a stress loop. Why does this happen? The answer is simple: the nervous system learns patterns. Unless we retrain it, the body reacts as if danger is constant. I always recommend small daily practices that teach the body safety again, because when calm returns, healing finally switches ON. Here’s what you need to know: • Stress alters digestion, sleep cycles, hormones, immunity, and skin repair. • Most people breathe shallowly without realising it. • Deep, slow breathing works by shifting vagal tone and heart-rate variability. • Consistency matters more than technique- 3-5 minutes twice a day is enough. Important guidelines: • Breathe gently; never force. • If you feel dizzy, pause. • Asthma, COPD, pregnancy, cardiac issues, anxiety disorders, or post-surgery recovery need personalised guidance; check with your doctor. • If you have fragrance sensitivities, avoid scented candles or diffusers during practices. Your breath is free, portable, and powerful. Many people use it before meetings, during panic, after arguments, or while travelling. Start small, stay committed, and let your body relearn calm from within.
