TO EVERYBODY IN MY DM'S ASKING ME ABOUT THE #MPCSAMPLE, THIS SHOULD ANSWER YOUR QUESTION 😂 These are my first 3 joints, 4-5 hrs in, learning as I go. I've never used an MPC before, and this is dope! After I got a lay of the land, it was pretty easy to get it sounding like me. I think my son will enjoy learning how to make beats on this because there not a lot of extra stuff on here. I DO need my VST's to get busy, but the portability, ease of access, and price really makes this justifiable. You won't see me in the middle of the forest with this, but I can def get some slaps done on here. As you guys asked! Here is a sound comparisson between the Akai mpc Sample and the mpc 60. I used the drumloop of the Honeydrippers and recorded them into both mpc's. Because the mpc 60 is mono i also sampled mono into the mpc sample. I was surprised the mpc sample can handle a little clipping for drums! 🙌🏼 This makes it even more usefull for sampling direct into it.
