And it goes like this: Legs – Push – Pull – Rest Legs again – Chest & Back – Arms & Delts – Rest Is split me kisi specific day par rest fixed nahi hai. Aur honestly, mere lifestyle ke liye yeh split doable aur sustainable hai. Pehle 3 training days par mera focus hota hai heavy lifting aur intensity pe. Phir ek rest ke baad, agle 3 din mai volume aur weaker muscle groups par kaam karta hoon. Is training approach ke saath, nutrition hamesha locked rehta hai. 5 mistakes I made while cutting (so you don’t repeat them) I’m bulking right now, but when I was cutting, I made a lot of mistakes. If you’re planning a cut, these are things you should avoid. 1. I didn’t track my calories Eating clean isn’t enough. If you don’t know the numbers, you’re guessing, and guessing slows progress. 2. I ignored macros Calories matter, but macros matter just as much. You can eat less and still mess up your cut if carbs are too high and protein is too low. 3. I underestimated protein Protein is what helps you keep muscle while losing fat. During my cut, aiming for 1.8–2.2g per kg made a big difference. When calories were low, whey helped me hit my protein easily. Poor sleep slows progress, no matter how hard you train. Cutting doesn’t need to be extreme.
