#SPAMBrandPartner Recipe ⤵️ Corn Dogs got an upgrade because we’re swapping out the hot dog for some delicious @spambrand Classic 🌭🎡 Ingredients: - 1 tin of SPAM® Classic - frying oil - ice pop sticks Wet ingredients: - 1 c buttermilk - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp honey - 1 egg - 1/4 tsp sesame oil Dry ingredients: - 1 c AP flour (extra to coat SPAM®) - 1 c corn meal - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 c white sugar Directions: 1. Add your dry ingredients in a bowl & whisk together. 2. In a separate bowl add your wet ingredients & whisk them together until no more egg streaks are present. 3. Add your wet into your dry and mix until you have a nice thick batter. **If it’s too thick add a splash of buttermilk. 4. Cover and let sit for 15-20 mins. 5. Cut your SPAM® Classic into about 1/2 in slices & pat them dry really well. 6. Add the ice pop sticks & lightly cover them in flour making sure to tap them to get the excess off. 7. Add your SPAM® Classic dogs into the batter and gently dip them on both sides till they’re nice & covered. Remove excess by scraping it against side of bowl. 8. Drop them into hot oil over medium heat. Fry for 3-5 mins until nice & golden brown. Then remove onto wire rack. 9. Serve with ketchup, mustard, and enjoy babe!

#SPAMBrandPartner I’m a huge proponent of savory desserts so why not try and when given the opportunity to partner with @spambrand I was like, I have to try and make it into an ice cream this is my moment!! I went so hard with this one and it was so fun turning the SPAM® Hickory Smoke into a smoky, sweet, and a little bit salty scoop that was giving maple bacon. I turned the ice cream into a breakfast sandwich homage that feels very restaurant worthy!! I’m personally quite proud of it hehe.

No shrinkage like regular bacon and the mandoline made it stupid easy to slice thin and even. Sweet, crispy, salty, and straight-up addictive. A must-make for any game day or gathering. 💰💯 Ingredients: 🥓 @spambrand Bacon 🥓 brown sugar 🥓 hot honey 🥓 jalapeño slices 🥓 my Cajun Honey Rub Instructions: 1. Using a mandoline slice up SPAM® Bacon. 2. Place slices on a wire rack. 3. Top with brown sugar, honey, jalapeño slices, Cajun Honey rub. 4. Smoke at 300F for 1hr. 5. It’s savory, crunchy, has a pinch of sweetness, and I could always trust that using SPAM™ products will take it home. This SPAM™ 25% Less Sodium provides the same delicious SPAM™ Classic Flavor with 25% less sodium. Sizzle it up and the possibilities are endless. Now here’s how I make it: ​​ ​​1 can SPAM™ 25% Less Sodium, cut lengthwise ​​4 cups cooked rice ​​2 tsp sesame oil ​​2 tsp rice vinegar ​​2 tbsp furikake ​​8-10 Seaweed sheets ​​8-10 picked radish ​​1 cucumber, into long slices ​​8-10 burdock root ​​1-2 small carrots, julienne ​​2 cloves garlic, to go with carrots ​​2 eggs and salt ​​8 imitation crab, optional to slice in half ​​sesame oil to saute carrots and coat kimbap ​​sesame seeds for garnish ​​ ​​Instructions ​​Prepare all your vegetables—cucumber, carrots, garlic, pickled radish (if not pre-cut), burdock root. As well as imitation crab, eggs mixed with a dash of salt, and SPAM™ slices. ​​In a small, heated pan, saute carrots and garlic with sesame oil for 45 seconds to a minute, ​​In a separate or same small pan, add mixed eggs onto pan just enough to form a thin layer. Leave for 30 secs-1 min and flip. You may need to do this twice. Once cooled, slice lengthwise. ​​Fry SPAM™ slices until golden brown. ​​In a bowl, combine rice, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and furikake ​​Using a bamboo mat, place a seaweed sheet onto the mat and add in a thin, even layer of rice, leaving about 1 inch at the top of seaweed sheet. Followed by, and in no consecutive order, SPAM™ 25% Less Sodium, cucumber, sauteed carrots, picked radish, burdock root, eggs, & imitation crab. As you are getting ready to roll, hold the bottom of the sheet and the mat, fold over, tighten the roll, and release mat to fold again.
