What Excessive Phone Use Is Doing to Your Brain 📱🧠 (Shocking Truth) Do you use your phone for hours every day? 📱 Your brain might be paying the price — without you even realizing it. Excessive phone usage exposes your brain to constant blue light, which overstimulates neural activity and triggers repeated dopamine spikes. Over time, this can lead to: 🧠 Reduced focus and concentration 😵 Mental fatigue and brain fog 😴 Poor sleep quality ⚡ Increased stress and anxiety In this video, you’ll see a scientific 3D visualization of how smartphone overuse affects your brain from the inside — from overstimulation to exhaustion. Awareness is the first step toward better brain health. Limit screen time, protect your sleep, and give your mind a break. 👉 Like if this was helpful 👉 Share with someone who uses their phone too much 👉 Save to watch later 👉 Comment “PHONE” if you want more brain facts 👉 Follow for daily human anatomy & health science videos 🧠🩺 👉 Link in bio check out 👍 #BrainHealth #PhoneAddiction #ScienceReels #deva #rudrakshapvtmedia Smartphone Overuse Digital Addiction Dopamine Effect Blue Light Exposure Brain Overstimulation Screen Time Impact

Theoretical physics exists where experiments end and imagination disciplined by mathematics begins. It is the attempt to understand reality not as it appears, but as it must be beneath appearances — where spacetime can bend, time can dilate, particles can exist as probabilities, and the universe may be built from information rather than matter. Long before detectors confirm anything, equations already whisper what could be true: extra dimensions curled too small to see, particles that flicker in and out of existence, gravity emerging from geometry, or spacetime itself arising from deeper rules. This field doesn’t promise answers quickly; it promises consistency, elegance, and the courage to follow logic even when intuition breaks. Theoretical physics is not about certainty — it is about asking questions so precise that reality has no choice but to answer, eventually. 🧠🌌 #TheoreticalPhysics #Physics #Cosmology #QuantumTheory #Spacetime #GeneralRelativity #QuantumGravity #MathAndPhysics #DeepScience #FundamentalPhysics #UniverseExplained #ScienceReels #SpaceScience #ThinkingUniverse #AbstractScience #ReelsInstagram #ReelsIndia #AbsoluteScience

Understanding gravity and gyroscopic motion. If a spinning wheel is held from one side, gravity should pull it down… right? But instead of falling, it moves sideways. Why? Because a spinning object has angular momentum. When gravity tries to tip it over, the force doesn’t make it fall — it makes it rotate around the support point instead. This motion is called precession. Gravity is still there. The wheel just responds in a way your brain doesn’t expect. Physics isn’t magic. It’s just deeper than intuition. #Physics #Gyroscope #AngularMomentum #STEMEducation #sciencereels

follow me for daily science reels 🌎 ..... What can we say except, "You're welcome!" With a computer program called MOANA and NASA satellite data, scientists can identify the colorful plant-like organisms that drift in Atlantic Ocean currents. These phytoplankton nourish Earth's marine life, produce oxygen, absorb carbon, and turn satellite images into vibrant works of art. The first image, taken by NASA's Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud, ocean Ecosystem (PACE) satellite on May 16, 2025, shows the natural color of phytoplankton blooming in the nutrient-rich waters off the coast of Namibia. While each individual phytoplankton is microscopic, blooms of billions can be seen swirling in shades of greens and blues from orbit. Different species appear as different colors, and PACE detects the entire spectrum. By putting PACE color data into a computer program called Multi Ordination Analysis - the MOANA of this ocean tale - scientists can create maps where three different types of phytoplankton are thriving. The second image dives into the data to map the different communities in teal and purple. This helps provide insights into the health of schools of fish and other ocean life. Including, perhaps, how far they'll go.Image description: Two satellite images show the same portion of the Atlantic Ocean and the southwestern coast of Africa. In the first natural-color image, the left side is dark blue, with swirls of greens increasing toward the center of the image as the ocean meets the coastline. To the right of the first image, white clouds form dotted, curved lines over the tan and brown land. The second image maps data on phytoplankton communities over the ocean, with different communities identified in teals and purples. The land and clouds look the same as in the first image. Esotropia, or "crossed eyes," is a type of strabismus where one or both eyes turn inward toward the nose, disrupting binocular vision and potentially causing double vision or lazy eye (amblyopia). It can be constant or intermittent, appearing in infants (infantile esotropia) or developing later, often linked to genetics, farsightedness (accommodative esotropia), or neurological issues, and is treated with glasses, vision therapy, or sometimes surgery.  Causes Genetics: A family history of eye misalignment. Farsightedness (Hyperopia): Over-focusing (accommodating) to see clearly can cause the eyes to cross (accommodative esotropia). Neurological problems: Issues with the brain or nerves controlling eye muscles. Premature birth: A risk factor, especially for infantile forms.  Types Infantile Esotropia: Develops in the first six months, often constant and large-angle. Accommodative Esotropia: Triggered by focusing, common in young children. Intermittent vs. Constant: May appear only sometimes or all the time.  Signs & Symptoms Visible inward turning of one or both eyes. Squinting, blinking, or tilting the head to see better. Double vision (in older children/adults). Poor depth perception. Amblyopia (lazy eye) from the brain suppressing one eye's image.  Treatment Corrective Lenses: Glasses (especially for accommodative esotropia). Vision Therapy: Eye exercises to improve eye teaming. Surgery: In some cases, to realign eye muscles.  When to See a Doctor Any eye misalignment, especially in infants or if it develops in older children/adults, should be evaluated by an eye doctor (optometrist or ophthalmologist) for proper diagnosis and treatment.  #sciencereels #studygram #instagram #learning #education
