I do see where the steel was rubbed and can feel the bleach spots when rubbing my thumbs over it. Maybe a residue? Possible damage? Will add more and look back tomorrow. It does seem to cause quick, irreversible damage, on the Silver. I was emailing with @OzkAltBldgCo and he thinks a cotton ball with vinegar may remove it.
