#sponsored Pickle Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders made with @kingshawaiian original sweet rolls are an easy and delicious dinner recipe! @grillospickles INGREDIENTS King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika 6 pieces American cheese Grillo’s Pickles 1/2 cup mayo 1 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning 1/2 cup milk Shredded colby jack cheese 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled Crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers 2 tbsp melted butter Sesame seeds INSTRUCTIONS Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Make the pickle ranch by combining mayo, ranch seasoning, milk, and 1/3 cup chopped Grillo’s pickles. Add a splash of the pickle juice and stir. Set in the refrigerator to thicken. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Once the ground beef is browned, drain any extra grease from the skillet. Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half. Place the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan. Lay out the American cheese. Add the ground beef on top of the cheese. Top the ground beef with some of the pickle ranch and the shredded colby jack cheese. Top with crumbled bacon, Grillo’s Pickles and the crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers if desired. Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy! Chicken Fajita Sliders Ingredients • 1 lb chicken breast, julienne cut • 1 large onion, thinly sliced • 1 large capsicum, thinly sliced • Salt to taste • 1 tsp paprika powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • 1 tsp black pepper powder • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp soy sauce • ½ tbsp hot chilli sauce • ½ cup ketchup • 2–3 tbsp oil • 1 tsp oregano For Assembling • Mini burger buns / slider buns • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese • ¼ cup melted butter • ½ tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped Instructions 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it changes colour and is no longer pink. 2. Add salt, all the spices, soy sauce, hot chilli sauce, ketchup, and oregano. Mix well. 3. Cover and cook on low flame until the chicken is tender and cooked through. 4. Add the sliced onion and capsicum. Sauté on medium heat for 4–5 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy. ⸻ Assembling & Baking 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish. 2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in the dish. 3. Spread the prepared chicken mixture evenly over the buns. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover with the top halves of the buns. 5. Brush melted butter over the buns and sprinkle parsley. 6. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the tops turn lightly golden. Serve hot with your favourite dip [ asmr, recipe, fajitas, sliders, food, ] #asmr #recipe #sliders
