اسکوات پا باز — درست بزن تا داخل پات آتیش بگیره 🔥 Wide Stance Squat — Train Smart, Feel the Burn Inside 🔥 تو اسکوات پا باز فقط قرار نیست پاهاتو از هم باز کنی، باید زانو‌هاتو هم به بغل باز کنی تا فشار دقیق بیاد روی داخل پاهات. زانو‌هاتو تا جایی باز کن که بیاد تو راستای نوک انگشت پا، نه اینکه موقع پایین رفتن جمعشون کنی. اجرای درست حرکت خیلی مهم‌تر از وزنه‌ی زیاده؛ چون وقتی درست بزنی، عضله‌ی هدف درگیر میشه و رشد می‌کنه. 🔥 تمرکز کن روی حس عضله، نه فقط حرکتش. When you do a wide-stance squat, it’s not just about spreading your feet — you need to push your knees out so the pressure goes straight into your inner thighs. Your knees should go out just enough to stay in line with your toes, not caving in. This way, your adductors and inner thighs are fully engaged and actually grow. See below for details and make modifications for yourself where needed. Train Smart. Block 1 1a. Box Squat- 6x5,5,5, 3,3,3/ Rep Tempo 32X1 / Ramp the wt up each set. **After each set of 3 reps I performed linear box jumps for 3 sets of 5** Recommended exercise modifications- front squat, goblet squat, goblet box squat, landmine squat 1b. Pull Ups (Vary Grip Each Set)- 40 reps total taking as many sets needed. Rep Tempo- 30X1 Recommended exercise modification- TRX body row 1c. ISO SL Glute Bridge March x ISO Cable Pullover- 3x8 each/ Rep Tempo 2011 Recommended exercise modification- Any glute bridge variation Block 2 2a. Sandbag Walking Lunge w/ Knee Drive + SL Balance- 3x20 steps/ Rep Tempo 20X1 Recommended exercise modifications- db or kb lunges, box step ups, 2b. Trap Bar RDL- 3x8/ Rep Tempo 30X1 Recommended exercise modifications- back extensions, cable pull through, reverse hypers 2c. Core- Cable 3 pt step and punch- 3x9 steps each side Recommended exercise modifications- can also use a band with this exercise. Can perform any cable or band anti rotation exercise. Block 3 3a. KB SL RDL + Lateral Lunge- 3x6 each side/ Rep Tempo 20X1 Recommended exercise modifications- can also perform these with just body weight or add a med ball. 3b.
