INI remember we had an elocution competition in 12th std and I had to write a speech and present it in front of my principal for her approval. The speech I had written was on women's rights and my principal stopped me mid-recitation to ask if I had written it on my own and not copied it from the internet When I told her I wrote it she said I should pursue this further 😭
That was the day when my resolve to write became stronger, and I gained confidence in myself.

VAآیا میدانستید اجاره طلا به طلافروش از نظر قانونی با چالشهایی روبرو است؟
بر اساس قوانین مدنی، مالی قابلیت اجاره دارد که پس از استفاده از منافع آن، عین آن باقی بماند. در حالی که طلایی که به طلافروش اجاره داده میشود، معمولاً برای ساخت جواهر ذوب شده و تغییر ماهیت میدهد. بنابراین، قالب «اجاره» برای این نوع معاملات، قالب حقوقی درستی نیست. ⚖️
چرا؟ چون ماده ۴۶۶ قانون مدنی، تعریف اجاره را اینگونه بیان میکند: «اجاره عقدی است که به موجب آن یک طرف منافع عین مال خود را در ازاء مالالاجاره به طرف دیگر واگذار مینماید.» در این تعریف، «منافع عین مال» مورد تاکید است، در حالی که در اجاره طلا به طلافروش، عین مال (طلا) از بین میرود.
این عدم حمایت قانونی به این دلیل است که معامله ی شما ممکن است ربوی نیز تلقی گردد.
پس برای معاملات با طلافروشان، استفاده از قالبهای حقوقی دیگری مانند «بیع سلف» یا «سرمایهگذاری» مناسبتر است.
بیع سلف چیست؟ در بیع سلف، شما مبلغی را به عنوان پیشپرداخت به طلافروش میدهید تا در آینده مقدار مشخصی طلا یا جواهر با ویژگیهای معین به شما تحویل دهد. این نوع معامله، ریسکها و مزایای خاص خود را دارد که باید به آن توجه کنید.

Many people lose points on PIP because they only describe the diagnosis , not the impact.
The DWP doesn’t assess conditions like “anxiety” or “depression.” It assesses how those conditions affect your daily function and ability to go out safely.

Here’s how to write it clearly:
Describe what happens when you try.
Example: “When I attempt to go out alone, I experience panic, dizziness, and overwhelming fear. I often turn back home before reaching my destination.”
.
Explain the supervision you need.
Example: “I can only leave the house if someone I trust comes with me to manage panic attacks and keep me safe.”
.
Show reliability.
PIP looks at whether you can do it safely, repeatedly, in reasonable time, and to an acceptable standard.
If you can’t plan or follow a route most of the time, you should say so.
Example: “I cannot plan or follow routes independently due to anxiety and risk of disorientation.”
.
Describe the ongoing impact.
Example: “My anxiety prevents me from attending appointments, shopping, or social activities without support.”
.
Avoid short phrases.
Don’t write “I struggle with anxiety.” Give real examples of what happens and who helps you. That’s what proves the need.
