Try this back workout💪🏼 Save this✅ These are 4 back exercise staples for me. If you’re not doing any of these, throw them into your routine or do them all consecutively for your next back day🔥 Lat Pull Down: Arms just outside of shoulder width. Pull through your elbows and retract tour scapula. Don’t swing and control the weight on the way back up. Single Arm Cable Row: Can do this standing or seated (I prefer seated but this gym didn’t have it). Feel a nice stretch of the lat at the bottom of the rep.. then pull the cable down towards your belly button to engage your lats more. Also make sure you’re rolling your shoulder back as you pull. Close Grip Pulldown: Probs my favorite back exercise because it smashes your lats. Just be careful not to use too much bicep. Really focus on pulling down in front of your body through your elbows and get that stretch at the top. DONT SWING. Straight Arm Pulldown: One of my favorite finishers for back day. A great accessory movement to burnout the lats. I like keeping my grip width just outside of shoulder width and, once again, pulling through my elbows so I don’t hit too much tricep.
