(Mira unos reels más atrás). 🌱 Además de ser un colorante vegetal muy saludable y quedarte preparaciones así de vistosas, tiene unas propiedades muy interesantes. 1. Contiene nitratos, que han sido usados por ejemplo para mejorar el rendimiento físico y deportivo y se han visto beneficios en otras áreas de la salud. Hay más vegetales que los contienen pero… 2. En la remolacha, la presencia de compuestos fenólicos y la ausencia otros compuestos que puedan limitar la absorción de nitratos, la hacen la reina cuando buscamos esos efectos positivos. 3. Parece más indicado que no sea cocida, por lo que este formato en polvo es muy prometedor. 4.
