As you get stronger, you can use weaker bands to continue building up that strength to the full push-up 🙌🏾! For proper push-up form, hug your elbows IN and keep your core engaged. Your belly should not be falling behind the rest of your body!! You can avoid this by pulling the core in and wrapping your tailbone back to keep the hips at shoulder height 👌🏾.
