Binary numbers use only 0 and 1 (base-2 system). They are fundamental in computing and digital electronics. Each digit (bit) represents a power of 2. Basic operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division follow simple rules. Binary is used for data storage, processing, and communication in computers. How Binary Search Works Binary search works by repeatedly dividing the search interval in half. If the value of the search key is less than the item in the middle of the interval, the algorithm narrows the interval to the lower half. Otherwise, it narrows it to the upper half. The process repeats until the value is found or the interval is empty.

Boundary Traversal of Binary Tree – Explained Simply In this reel, I’ve covered how boundary traversal works and why DFS is the best way to solve it in interviews. • Boundary traversal means printing only the outer nodes of a binary tree in anti-clockwise order. • The sequence is root → left boundary → all leaf nodes → right boundary (from bottom to top). • Left and right boundaries must skip leaf nodes to avoid duplicates. • Leaf nodes are handled separately using DFS. • DFS is preferred because boundary nodes lie along tree edges. • BFS is avoided since it is level-based and needs extra checks and reversals. #jobs #coding #interview #dsa #interviewprep

The Language of Computers: Binary Every app, photo, or video you've ever used boils down to just two symbols: 0 and 1. Unlike our everyday decimal system (base 10), computers run on binary (base 2). Each digit-called a bit-represents a power of 2 depending on its position. Combine them, and you unlock the entire digital universe. From storing a single letter A to running quantum algorithms, binary is the foundation of modern computing. Next time you see a stream of Os and 1s, remember -you're looking at the DNA of the digital age. Binary numbers might seem like just a bunch of 0s and 1s, but they’re the foundation of everything digital! Computers love them because they perfectly match the “on” and “off” nature of electrical circuits. But did you know binary isn’t just a modern invention? The famous mathematician Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz was playing with the idea of binary way back in the 17th century, long before computers existed. Even Morse code and Braille work in a similar way, using patterns of dots and dashes—just like binary uses 0s and 1s to store everything from text to videos! One of the coolest things about binary is how quickly it grows. With just four bits, you can count up to 16, and with eight, you can go all the way to 256! That’s why early computers were limited to 8-bit graphics, but as bits increased, so did their power. And speaking of counting, did you know you can count up to 1,023 just using your fingers in binary? Instead of treating each finger as one number, you assign each one a value of 0 (down) or 1 (up), doubling the possible combinations with every extra finger. Binary also has some weird coincidences. Some decimal numbers look the same in binary—like 5, which is 101, a symmetrical “palindrome” number. And speaking of hidden binary, your IP address (like 192.168.1.1) is actually just a bunch of binary numbers strung together, helping computers find each other across the internet. Even the largest prime numbers ever discovered come from binary-based formulas like 2ⁿ - 1, known as Mersenne primes! So next time you see a computer screen, just remember—it’s all an illusion. Everything, from the text you’re reading to the pictures on your phone, is just a beautiful dance of 0s and 1s behind the scenes! #numbers #quantum #binary #science #instagram

The Hidden Language of the Internet | Knowing the Internet | Day 2 The Internet does not understand English, Hindi, or emojis. Day 2 | Knowing the Internet It only understands 0 and 1. Every message, photo, search, and video you use is converted into binary and sent as data packets across the world using strict rules. This is how the Internet really works behind the screen. #InternetBasics #HowInternetWorks #BinaryCode #KnowingTheInternet
