WAThis time last year we had a tack malfunction 🤣 I thought I'd share some more clips from that ride. Billy is such a great horse, he can be quite the handful but ultimately I know I'd be bored if I didn't have a horse with a bit of sass, and the main thing is I always feel safe with him, even when we are on remote mountains in mist without fully functioning tack 🤣 #equestrianlife #bitless

THIf I wanted to transition a horse to riding bitless, I would make sure all my cues were installed on the ground before we went riding to the shops. The more cues we have to communicate with the safer we are.
All of my horses learn ground work cues in halter before a bridle so they all ride just as well in a halter as they do with a bit. Sometimes better.
But I had a question which was where to start? These are some of the first halter ground cues I would work on. If I wanted to ride a horse bitless.
