Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream (Childhood Memories in Every Bite) Makes: 5 choco bar ice creams You’ll need: 5 thin long Ziploc bags (or any slim plastic ice candy bags) ⸻ 🟫 For the Chocolate Casing • 200 g dark chocolate (that crackling chocolate shell we used to wait for as kids) 🍫 For the Creamy Chocolate Filling • 500 g whipping cream • 40 g cocoa powder, sifted (light) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 200 g condensed milk (I used my homemade condensed milk) :) ⸻ Method Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Shell 1. Melt the dark chocolate gently until smooth and glossy. 2. Divide and pour the melted chocolate evenly into 5 Ziploc bags. 3. Coat the inner sides of the bags by gently pressing and spreading the chocolate. 4. Keep them aside to set slightly. (That shiny chocolate layer = pure Magnum-style nostalgia.) ⸻ Step 2: Make the Chocolate Ice Cream Filling 1. In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream just until slightly thickened. • ❗ Do not whip to peaks — it should be thick but still soft and fluid. 2. Add: • Sifted cocoa powder • Vanilla extract • Condensed milk 3. Beat until completely smooth and combined. 4. If you notice lumps, strain the mixture for a silky finish. 5. The final mixture should be thin and pourable. • If it becomes too thick, microwave it in 5-second intervals, just until it loosens to a pouring consistency. (Smooth like those melted chocolate bars we used to lick before they fully froze.) ⸻ Step 3: Fill & Freeze 1. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared chocolate-lined bags. 2. Seal properly. 3. Freeze them in an upright position (not flat) for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. (Waiting for them to freeze feels exactly like waiting after dinner for that one chocolate bar treat.) ⸻ Serving Cut open the bag, slide it out, and enjoy. Crack through that chocolate shell and hit the creamy center. Better than store-bought Magnum ice creams. This is pure childhood memories — amazing, mouth-watering, and dangerously good. It’s perfect if you’re craving a chocolatey dessert that feels a little special but is still simple enough to make at home. Ingredients: 55% Melted dark chocolate - 1 cup Coconut oil-1/2tbsp 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/4th cup condensed milk 1/2 tsp vanilla paste Pinch of salt Process: •On a double boiler melt the chocolate along with coconut oil. •Once the chocolate is melted coat the paper glass throughout with melted chocolate and let it set in the fridge. •Whip the cream with an electric beater or whisk until stiff peaks. •Gently add in the condensed milk, vanilla paste and pinch of salt to it and combine everything without over mixing. •Fill the chocolate coated glassses with the ice cream base, cover it with foil wrap and insert the wooden stick in centre. •Let it seat for about 6-8hours or overnight in the freezer. Coat the top of the ice cream with remaining melted chocolate and let it set. •Cut the paper cups, demould the ice cream and enjoy #chocolatebar #homemadeicecream

Soak biscuits in the soaking syrup and stack one above the other to make a log. 2. Next mix the butter cream into a smooth texture 3. Place the biscuit log on a parchment paper. 4. choco brownie cookies ~ if a brownie and a cookie had a love child, it would be these flourless chocolate brownie cookies 🤎 this recipe only needs 6 key ingredients for a deliciously chewy and fudgy cookie! for everyone asking, the app link for Osta is in my bio, or search “Osta Recipes” in the app store or google play store!! comment “brownie cookie” for a direct link to the recipe! ingredients -350 g powdered sugar -65 g cocoa powder (about 10 tablespoons; using a scale is best since cocoa powders vary in weight) -1/2 tsp salt -3 egg whites (about 1/2 cup liquid egg whites) -1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional but recommended) -1 tsp instant coffee -1 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional, but recommended) instructions: preheat oven to 350°f (175°c). line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly butter it to prevent sticking. in a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, salt, egg whites, instant coffee, and vanilla bean paste. stir until a thick, glossy batter forms. fold in the chocolate chips, if using. if your dough is super runny, refrigerate for 30-60 mins before baking! scoop 2–3 tablespoons of batter per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet. leave 4–5 inches between each cookie, as they spread quite a bit. four cookies per sheet will prevent spreading into each other, but you can fit six if you don’t mind some overlap. place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven. bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops begin to crack. -8 minutes = very fudgy centers -closer to 10 minutes = less fudgy -ovens vary, so bake in 1-minute increments if needed. do not exceed 10 minutes. immediately after baking, use a round bowl to gently swirl around each cookie to shape and round them. this helps “fluff” the edges, which can look flat straight from the oven. remove cookies from the baking sheet right after shaping so they don’t continue cooking on the hot tray. transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely before eating. enjoy 🤎
