Quick, simple, nutritious and with just whole ingredients! ✨ ▶️Day 1 What you need: * rocket salad (dark leafy greens are the best) * cherry tomatoes * cucumber * ½ avocado * 2 boiled eggs * strawberries *olive oil, salt, sesame seeds ❌I’ve started with the elimination diet, which means I eliminated all the 6 main triggers that can give you inflammation and health issues. These triggers are: 1. Sugar 2. Processed Food 3. Lactose 4. Gluten 5. Coffee 6. ✅ HEALTHY LUNCH IDEA, PART 10 510 cals, 41g protein, 19 net carbs I’ve lost 140+lbs and this is one of my favorite healthy meal prep options. It’s keeps you full with the slow digesting carbs, protein, health fats, and fiber. Plus, the creamy sriracha sauce is SO good you’ll want it all over everything. If you are watching your carbs, sub in spaghetti squash, eggplant, or even zucchini! Here is how I made it (makes 4 servings) 1.Finely dice 1 medium sweet potato. You’ll want this finely diced so it cooks faster. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil, season with salt, pepper, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chipotle powder, and 1/2 tsp sweet paprika. Add to a tray, pop in the oven for 20-25 mins at 400F. 2.Cook 1 lb lean ground beef (I used 93/7)) in 1 tsp olive oil. Season your beef with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp chipotle powder, 1 tbsp onion or garlic powder, 1 tbsp oregano, & 1 tbsp sweet paprika. Use a spoon or a spatula to mince it down to small pieces. I like to get the meat browned up really nicely, almost crispy, should take about 15-17 mins. 3.When your sweet potato is roasted, divide it up in to 4 different serving bowls or meal prep containers. Add a large handful of finely shredded lettuce, 1/3 cup cottage cheese), 4oz of cooked beef, half a small avocado, finely diced red onion, a handful of chopped cilantro, and your favorite sauce. You can use hot sauce, or my creamy sriracha sauce. It’s in a FREE ebook on my substack if you want to check it out. Or you can use the recipe in step 4 below. 4.For the sauce (this normally makes 4 servings, but I stretched it to all 6)… mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise with 1/4 cup sriracha, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp powdered monk fruit sweetener, the juice of 1 solid lime, 1 grated garlic clove, and 1 thinly sliced scallion or a handful of chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, mix it up, taste and adjust as you wish. 5.Top with any other veggies you like, some chili flakes, sesame seeds, and ENJOY! This is a great healthy lunch recipe, and perfect for meal prep. Where you guys mess up is listening to people water down nutrition by allowing you to eat “whatever” in “moderation” - whilst this works* You eat everything in moderation everyday and that adds up. A clean simple meal consistently over the course of consistent weeks, months, years will give you better results. Then and ONLY then, will the whole moderation quota work. Take it from me.
