HASome small ‘commandos’ from our Tuesday afternoon session. These are done by hanging upside down on the edge of the pool and relaxing. You hold your breath and then after a time push off and continue holding your breath whilst kicking underwater (no fins) to the other end (25m). First call was 20 seconds, second was 30. A few went on the 20 second call, and most of us go on the 30 second call. My teammate @_cameron.gray_ and I worked up to holding for 40 seconds before pushing off for the last couple reps. This is a good way to stretch out and warm up the lungs. How long do you think you could hold your breath upside down before a 25m underwater?
