👉 Required Ingredients
½ cup boiled and shredded chicken
3 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp ginger–garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp salt or according to taste
Cheese for filling
For wet coating: 2 eggs
For dry coating: breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
👉 Method (Step by Step)
Step 1: Boil the chicken, shred it well, and combine it with mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add cornflour, ginger-garlic powder, black pepper powder, chili flakes, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3: Take a portion of the mixture, flatten it in your palm, place the cheese filling in the center, and gently seal it.
Step 4: Dip each cutlet into the batter, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Fry in medium-hot oil until the cutlets turn crispy and golden brown.
