Cycle breakers are fixers, not freeloaders. Freeloader: “That’s just how our family is. Someone else will handle it.” They didn’t start the fire, but they let it burn. Fixer: “I didn’t start this, but it’s my responsibility now.” They grab a bucket, pull people out, call for help, rebuild. You didn’t cause the trauma or create the patterns. But you decided: the fire stops with me. My kids grow up in a different house. When you see fire in your family (anger, addiction, neglect), it’s not just a problem. It’s your invitation. Fixer or freeloader? Choosing fixer? Drop “fire stops here.” This book is for you.

Sometimes healing reveals a grief we didn’t know we were carrying. Not just grief for what happened. But grief for what never did. The family you hoped would understand. The conversations you thought might change things. If you’re navigating this part of the journey, I made a free reflection guide for cycle breakers processing grief. Who needed to hear this today? 🥲 If you’ve ever felt like your mind or body is working against you, you are not alone. Your parents weren’t random. They were portals. Spirit keeps showing me that most Empaths have acute awareness of their parental patterns… But they’re not using it. Traditional Chinese Medicine has mapped inherited energetic imprints for thousands of years. Strengths. Weaknesses. Emotional tendencies. Constitution. You don’t break cycles by rejecting your lineage. You break cycles by metabolizing what they couldn’t. If you can see the pattern, you can transmute it. If you can’t see it, you’re swinging in the dark. Cycle breakers don’t avoid ancestry. They upgrade it. #Empath #CycleBreaker #AncestralHealing #EnergyWork #PsychicMedium

For the cycle breakers and the recovering people pleasers and the moms who lived through traumatic circumstances growing up, and are now trying to heal while having more responsibilities than ever before the parents who are trying to do better and trying to parent themselves at the same time and learning how to parent and the mom’s trying to learn how to regulate and giving their children what they also deserved. You’re not alone ❤️

Today we talked about bullies. I told her something I wish someone had told me. When someone is mean to you, it usually has nothing to do with you. Hurt people hurt people. They’re acting from something broken inside of them. That doesn’t mean you tolerate it. You absolutely stand up for yourself. But you don’t become mean in the process. You can be mad. You can be firm. You can say no. You can walk away. But the second you match their cruelty, you hand over your power. Because that reaction? That’s what they were looking for. Standing up for yourself isn’t about winning. It’s about staying aligned with who you are. That’s the kind of strength I want her to grow into. And honestly, the kind I’m still growing into myself. If this resonates, stick around. We’re raising cycle breakers over here.

CYCLE BREAKERS YOU ARE AMAZING. 👏🏻👏🏻 The conscious choice to disrupt cycles has a ripple effect for future generations. It starts with your choice to make a change and I hope you can feel so proud of that. You may not break every cycle, but in consciously working on your healing and self awareness, addressing your trauma and making the choice to be a responsive, conscious parent, you WILL be the change. ✨CYCLE BREAKER EXERCISE✨ If you’re up for it, try this exercise (you aren’t betraying your parents if you give this a go, and you can do it even if you have a healthy relationship with them): - Start by grounding yourself and taking some deep breaths. Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, release for 4. - I’d like you think back to yourself as a child, if you find this really tricky, that’s ok, take it slow. - in a note pad or on your phone, jot down 5 things that little you needed from your parents, but didn’t receive. This might be physical affection, affirming words, a relationship if you had an absent parent or boundaries. You can elaborate on the ways in which these weren’t received if it feels right to you, or keep it simple. - Now have a look at your list. I’d like you to write next to each thing you feel you didn’t receive how your child does receive this from you. Physical affection - I make sure I hug my child every day. Words of affirmation - I tell my child I’m SO proud of them when they achieve something. Lack of boundaries - I’m teaching my children that their body is their own; it’s ok to say no etc. - Fold up that list and keep it somewhere easy to access. take it out whenever you’re doubting yourself or you’re struggling to see how much impact you make in those conscious decisions. (You can incorporate some inner child work in this one and add to the list the ways in which you provide those things for YOU now as well. If you’re comfortable, let your inner child know either in a letter or by visualising them.) You have the power to be the change and I’m so proud of you for stepping into it for yourself and future generations. Cycle breakers, we see you.✨This 👏sh*t 👏 is 👏hard 👏 And in case you need the reminder for YOURSELF today: You’re not too much, you’re not a burden, you’re not damaged 💛 Listen, our own childhoods *literally* wire our brains and program our internal voices, and this later becomes the foundation for how we respond to our own kids in challenging moments as parents. If you find yourself yelling, being critical, using harsh words, it might actually be because your parents didn’t exactly provide the safe, loving, supportive environment+input needed to wire your brain to have constructive emotional coping skills! 🧠AND? It’s never ever ever too late to heal and grow. 💛 The true meaning of discipline is to “teach.” We’re teaching our kids how to handle their big feelings safely, how to solve problems constructively, how to stay kind to themselves when they’ve made a mistake, how to have safe+loving relationships. A lot of us didn’t grow up with this, so we might even be re-parenting *ourselves* in the process.  We’re not always going to “get it right” - we’re going to make mistakes, we’re human. This journey is about progress, not perfection. Keep going, you’re doing a good job.   ✨Want to learn how to discipline in a way that both WORKS and protects your child’s self esteem? Struggling with tantrums + all things toddler? Our course, Winning the Toddler Stage, is here to help! For parents/caregivers of kids ages 1-6. Link in bio✨ 🎶: “snowfall” by Øneheart, reidenshi

Do you find it difficult to be around your parents because you flip back & forth between wanting to empathize with them and love them while also feeling unsafe & uneasy around them? This is totally normal and here’s why… Most survivors of childhood trauma were raised by traumatized parents. As we start to heal, we become the cycle breakers in our family line. This means that when we are around our family, we can empathize with them, but still may feel unsafe because those patterns no longer serve us. Comment below if you’re a cycle breaker in your family! So thankful for people like you🤎
