IADelay gratification is a concept that somewhat eludes our fellow human beings. You see, sustained success can only be built from one’s own hard work and perseverance over time. It typically does not occur overnight. Working hard for your employer and compensated for what you’ve done does not equate to ownership. You must invest your own resources (not your employers) into any venture IF you seek success. The desire to betray trust and be disloyal to your employer, and somehow convince oneself that they are entitled to your success is not just painful to experience when on the receiving end, but also a sure sign of diminished mental capacity of the perpetrator. I pray this day that God gives you the strength to earn and keep what’s yours, and resist the temptation to covert what belongs to your fellow man.🙏🏾
