DEDelicious cheese garlic flatbreads
Dough Ingredients:
• Flour - 350-380 g
• Hot water (80 °C) - 200 ml
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Sugar - 2 tsp
• Dried garlic (optional) - 1 tsp
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp
• Mozzarella cheese - 400 g (grated or cut into cubes; about 66-80 g per flatbread)
For brushing:
• Fresh cilantro (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
• Butter - 2 tbsp (melted and mixed with the cilantro and garlic)
Instructions:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the salt, sugar, and dried garlic (if using). Pour in the hot water (80 °C) and olive oil. First mix with a spatula or spoon, then knead by hand for about 10 minutes. The dough should be soft, elastic, and slightly sticky to the hands (if it’s too wet, add a little more flour). Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
2. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts (about 110 g each) and roll into balls. Lightly flour the work surface and roll each ball into a circle about 15 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick. Place cheese (about 66 g) in the center. Pinch the edges together from bottom to top to enclose the cheese, forming a ball. Gently roll out this filled ball into a flatbread about 20 cm in diameter (lightly flouring to prevent sticking).
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Fry each flatbread for 2 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other (total 4 minutes per flatbread). Repeat with the remaining ones.
4. As soon as a flatbread is ready, place it on a plate and brush it with the melted butter mixed with garlic and cilantro.

• Ramyun noodles

• 2 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 slice Colby Jack cheese
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 egg yolk
• ½ tsp paprika powder
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1 Tbsp almond flour
• 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
• Bacon
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Parsley for garnish (optional)

1. Melt the cheese base
Heat Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil over medium-low heat. Add Swiss cheese, Colby Jack cheese, and egg yolk.
2. Build the flavor
Add Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, paprika powder, Italian seasoning, and almond flour. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
3. Cook the noodles
Pour in heavy cream and water, then add the noodles and chopped garlic. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
4. Thicken the sauce
Remove the lid and add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well and continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce becomes creamy and glossy.
5. Top it off
Finish with crispy bacon, egg yolk(optional) and parsley for the final touch ✨

150g of condensed milk
50g of cacao powder
1. add condensed milk either in a bowl or pan and warm it up either on the stove or microwave until it’s runny and easy to handle
2. Add cacao powder and mix it well using spatula
3. Wrap it with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge
4. Sprinkle cacao powder right before serving and enjoy!!!

🛒 Ingredients
• Bread Slices – 14
• Cheese Slice – 7
• Mix Herbs – ½ Tsp
• Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp
• Schezwan Sauce – 1 Tsp
• Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
• Mozzarella Cheese – ½ cup
• Pizza Toppings – onion, capsicum, corn (or as you like)
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Place a bread slice and add a cheese slice on top.
2️⃣ Sprinkle mix herbs.
3️⃣ Cover with another bread slice.
4️⃣ Spread mayonnaise, schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup on top.
5️⃣ Mix! Mix! Mix! the sauces evenly.
6️⃣ Add mozzarella cheese.
7️⃣ Add your favourite pizza toppings.
8️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden.
