If you want control, clarity, and eventual freedom, you need four principles: 1️⃣ Keep it simple. If it’s complicated, it won’t get used. No bloated dashboards. No 47-tab Notion setups. 2️⃣ Make it concise. No essays. No walls of text. If it feels heavy, your team avoids it. 3️⃣ Make it clear. A new hire should know what “good” looks like on day one. No guessing. No tribal knowledge. 4️⃣ Make it measurable. Every role needs a definition of done. Every process needs a scoreboard. If you can’t measure it, you can’t remove yourself from it. Simple.
