Grow your own Kumquat Fruits at home 🍊 This tree can fit a small space garden and grow healthily in pots 💚 If you want fruit trees in pots and on your balcony, patio or terrace, Kumquat will make you happy! The taste is amazing when eaten with the peel, it creates a sweet tart flavor that is delightful. It also contains nutritional benefits such as vitamin C and antioxidants! 💚 Pot Size : You can grow it in a pot of 20L / 5 Gallon. The bigger the better to have more fruits. 💚 Soil Texture : I use a mix of potting soil enriched with compost and vermiculite to give nutrients and retain water. 💚 Exposure : No need for sunscreen, it will enjoy full sun! 💚 Watering : It needs to be well balanced, do not let soil completely dry but do not woak the roots of the trees 💚 Fertilising : I use mainly compost juice from my worm farm. During the fruiting process, a little kick of phosphorus through guano will ensure good harvest 💚 It is perennial if kept indoor during winter and frost season!
