Share this to your Family ✨ 8 Signs Your Body May Give Before a Heart Attack 1. Waking up tired even after 6–8 hours of sleep Persistent fatigue can mean your heart is struggling to pump enough blood and oxygen. This is a common early sign, especially in women. 2. Pain in left arm, jaw, shoulder, neck, or upper back Heart-related pain often radiates to these areas because the heart and these regions share nerve pathways. It may come and go. 3. Constant burping, acidity, or indigestion-like feeling Many people mistake heart pain for gastric issues. If acidity is unusual, frequent, and not linked to food, it could be heart-related. 4. Dizziness, low BP, or fainting Reduced blood flow to the brain due to heart problems can cause lightheadedness or fainting—this is a red flag. 5. Feeling restless, anxious, or irritated for no clear reason Sudden anxiety or a sense of “something is wrong” can be due to hormonal and nervous system changes triggered by heart stress. 6. Heaviness, tightness, or pressure in the chest This is one of the most classic signs. It may feel like someone is sitting on your chest rather than sharp pain. 7. Feeling full after eating a small portion Poor blood circulation can slow digestion, causing early fullness or discomfort after small meals. 8. Shortness of breath (even without exertion) When the heart can’t pump efficiently, oxygen supply drops, making you feel breathless during rest or minimal activity. ⸻ ⚠️ Important Note •Symptoms can be different for men and women •Signs may appear days or weeks before a major heart event •If 2 or more symptoms appear together, seek medical help immediately 🫀 Listen to your body. Don’t normalize discomfort. Early action saves lives. . . . . #heartattack #heartattacks #heartattackawareness #yogapractice #yogaclass [yoga class, yoga classes, heart attacks, heart attack, heart health, heart yoga, yoga for beginners, yoga classes, yoga for everyone, yoga day, yoga classes online]

IMPORTANT! Shared this yet? Comment ‘yes’ 🤌 Tapping vibrations can contribute to heart health in several ways. 1. Enhanced Lymphatic Drainage: Efficient lymph drainage helps remove toxins and waste products, reducing the risk of inflammation and fluid retention, both of which can strain the heart. 2. Improved Circulation: The vibrations from tapping can help improve blood circulation. Better circulation ensures that oxygen and nutrients are effectively delivered to the heart and other organs, promoting overall cardiovascular health. 3. Reduced Stress: Tapping, particularly when combined with deep breathing and relaxation techniques, can help reduce stress and anxiety. Lower stress levels can have a positive impact on heart health by reducing blood pressure and decreasing the risk of stress-related heart issues. 4. Stimulation of Acupressure Points: Certain tapping techniques, like those used in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), target specific acupressure points on the body. Stimulating these points can help balance the body’s energy systems, potentially improving heart function and overall well-being. 5. Decreased Inflammation: Chronic inflammation is a risk factor for many cardiovascular diseases, so reducing inflammation can be beneficial for heart health. Overall, tapping vibrations can support heart health by promoting better lymphatic and blood circulation, reducing stress, and helping to manage inflammation. Remember to - Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Be more physically active. Keep to a healthy weight. Give up smoking. Reduce your alcohol consumption. Keep your blood pressure under control. Keep your diabetes under control.
