Did you workout today? Finally, I made it back to the gym after my tibial plateau fracture and meniscus surgery. Still some pain, but I'm going to have that whether I sit at home or go to the gym. This is only my second time to the gym in two months, and I can say it's one of the things I've missed the most. The gym for me is so much more than a place to workout. It's a place that helps my mental health, builds confidence, and as a coach who works from home, it gets me out around people. What do you love or dislike about the gym? My workouts have changed a little, and I'm using more machines than free weights, but I'm enjoying the changes.
