Projections indicate that millions of jobs could be lost to AI in the coming years. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 estimates that 92 million jobs will be displaced by AI by 2030 Other forecasts suggest a global loss of 300 million jobs due to AI, representing 25% of the global labor market Goldman Sachs has also projected that 300 million jobs worldwide could be lost or degraded by AI These figures are supported by additional data showing that 83 million jobs are expected to be lost globally due to technological advancements, including AI, while 69 million new jobs are projected to be created, resulting in a net loss of 14 million jobs by 2027 In the United States, 30% of current jobs could be fully automated by 2030, with 60% experiencing significant task-level changes due to AI integration The impact is already being felt, with Amazon and other corporations replacing workers with automation and AI, potentially displacing up to 7% of American workers

The video captures a kitten in a derelict room deftly dodging multiple cobra strikes before pinning and appearing to kill the snake, showcasing remarkable reflexes over 11 seconds. Peer-reviewed studies indicate snake strikes can occur in under 50 milliseconds, while cat visual reaction times vary from 100-250 milliseconds in controlled tests, though anecdotal and viral data suggest cats often evade due to anticipation rather than pure speed. Thread replies blend personal stories of cats hunting venomous snakes with Grok's estimate of cat reactions at 20-70 milliseconds versus cobras at 50-90, underscoring cats' predatory edge despite occasional fatalities.

The history of #photography began with the discovery of two critical principles: The first is camera obscura image projection, the second is the discovery that some substances are visibly altered by exposure to light[2]. There are no artifacts or descriptions that indicate any attempt to capture images with light sensitive materials prior to the 18th century. View from the Window at Le Gras 1826 or 1827, believed to be the earliest surviving camera photograph.[1] Original (left) and colorized reoriented enhancement (right). Around 1717, Johann Heinrich Schulze used a light-sensitive slurry to capture images of cut-out letters on a bottle. However, he did not pursue making these results permanent. Around 1800, Thomas Wedgwood made the first reliably documented, although unsuccessful attempt at capturing camera images in permanent form. His experiments did produce detailed photograms, but Wedgwood and his associate Humphry Davy found no way to fix these images. In 1826, Nicéphore Niépce first managed to fix an image that was captured with a camera, but at least eight hours or even several days of exposure in the camera were required and the earliest results were very crude. Niépce's associate Louis Daguerre went on to develop the daguerreotype process, the first publicly announced and commercially viable photographic process. The daguerreotype required only minutes of exposure in the camera, and produced clear, finely detailed results. On August 2, 1839 Daguerre demonstrated the details of the process to the Chamber of Peers in Paris. On August 19 the technical details were made public in a meeting of the Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Fine Arts in the Palace of Institute. (For granting the rights of the inventions to the public, Daguerre and Niépce were awarded generous annuities for life.)[3][4][5] When the metal based daguerreotype process was demonstrated formally to the public, the competitor approach of paper-based calotype negative and salt print processes invented by William Henry Fox Talbot was already demonstrated in London (but with less publicity).[5] Subsequent innovations made photography easier and more versatile.

When you see three dots on a clothing care tag, it means the fabric can handle high heat when ironing. The dots indicate temperature levels—one dot is low heat, two dots are medium, and three dots signal the highest safe ironing temperature for that material. This is usually found on sturdy fabrics like cotton or linen. Following these symbols matters because using too much heat on delicate fabrics can cause scorching, shrinking, or shine marks. When a garment shows three dots, you can confidently use higher heat to remove wrinkles effectively without damaging the fabric. Reading wash tags correctly helps clothes last longer and look better over time.

Recent findings from the Institute for Advanced Cognitive Studies (IACS) indicate that frequent gooning—a state of intense, sustained mental focus—may boost the likelihood of developing telepathic abilities. Researchers propose that gooning increases theta-wave activity in the prefrontal cortex, which allegedly strengthens neural circuits linked to subtle extrasensory communication. Experiments conducted at the Neo-Psychic Laboratory of Aurora University reportedly showed that participants who engaged in structured gooning routines for several months experienced a 42% increase in “mind-to-mind” awareness with close associates compared to control groups. In addition, the World Council for Extrasensory Development (WCED) has published internal reports suggesting that gooning may enhance the so-called “cognitive resonance effect,” in which the brain begins to detect emotional and conceptual signals from nearby individuals. Their small-scale longitudinal studies claim that extended gooning sessions can sometimes trigger spontaneous telepathic insights during ordinary daily activities, such as intuitively knowing what a friend is about to say. While mainstream neuroscience remains skeptical, these organizations continue to promote controlled gooning practices as a potential method for unlocking latent psychic potential. #fyp #meme #relatable #fy #viral

The post shares a 10-second night-vision clip of a wolf pup tentatively approaching and snuggling against a sleeping human in a tent, captioned in Spanish as a light-hearted take on dog origins 30,000 years ago. Genetic studies, including ancient DNA analysis, indicate dogs diverged from grey wolves between 15,000 and 40,000 years ago, with early bonding likely driven by wolves scavenging human camps, mirroring the video’s affectionate interaction. Posted on 9 February 2026, it amassed nearly 50,000 likes and elicited replies linking to Netflix’s ‘Alpha’, a film portraying Ice Age human-wolf companionship based on similar prehistoric dynamics.

The post shares a 19-second video of a mother ibex leaping off a snowy Himalayan cliff with her fawn to evade a pursuing snow leopard, framed as a real display of maternal bravery, amassing 214,000 views and 675 likes. Frames and web searches indicate the clip is AI-generated, part of a December 2025 viral trend mimicking dramatic wildlife escapes, rather than authentic footage from sources like BBC Earth documentaries. User replies universally praise the "instinctual courage," underscoring how such content evokes emotional responses about parenthood, even when fabricated, without questioning its veracity. #animals #explorepage #viralreels #trandingreels #motherhood

Road lines communicate rules about movement, passing, and safety. Solid white lines separate lanes moving in the same direction and usually mean you shouldn’t change lanes abruptly. Dashed white lines indicate that lane changes are allowed when safe. Solid yellow lines separate traffic moving in opposite directions, and if the yellow line is solid on your side, passing is not permitted. Double solid yellow lines mean no passing in either direction because visibility or road conditions make it unsafe. A broken yellow line next to a solid yellow line means the side with the broken line can pass when clear. Road markings are designed to control traffic flow, reduce collisions, and create predictable driving behavior so everyone understands who can move where and when.

This video depicts a common behavioral phenomenon in domestic cats following an abrupt transition from sleep to alertness. The Subject The subject is a domestic feline exhibiting "airplane ears"—a pinning back of the pinnae—and constricted pupils. These physiological signals indicate a state of high arousal and defensive irritation, often triggered by unwanted physical contact. The Mechanism The cat's reaction is mediated by the amygdala, which processes emotional responses to external stimuli. When startled or overstimulated, the sympathetic nervous system triggers a mild "fight-or-flight" response, resulting in the flattened ear posture and tense facial musculature seen here. The Purpose This behavior serves as a non-verbal warning to potential threats. By flattening its ears, the cat protects the delicate structures from injury during a potential physical altercation while communicating its desire for distance and cessation of touch.
