UKHallo, hier ist wieder eure SMAG 👋🏼 – diesmal zeigen wir euch ein paar Eindrücke von unserer IPSTA Zeit auf Station 1 und 2 im ELKI 🫎
IPSTA steht für Interprofessionelle Ausbildungsstation und ermöglicht die enge Zusammenarbeit von #Pflegeauszubildenden und #Medizinstudierenden im letzten Ausbildungsjahr. Die Teilnehmenden werden dabei durch erfahrende Pflegefachkräfte und Fachärzt*innen begleitet.
🎯 Ziel ist die Optimierung der #Patientenversorgung durch eigenverantwortliche Teamarbeit 🏥
Bevor es auf die Stationen geht, erhalten die Teilnehmenden einen Einführungstag zur Vorbereitung. Die Teams lernen sich kennen und formulieren gemeinsame Ziele für den bevorstehenden Einsatz – danach erfolgt ein #Notfalltraining 🚨 sowie die Einführung in den Bettplatzcheck, um mit einem guten Gefühl in den IPSTA Einsatz zu starten. Eingesetzt sind die Teams für drei Wochen in der Kinderkardiologie und Kinderherzchirurgie - Übergaben, Kurvenvisiten und gemeinsame Patientengespräche stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt und tragen zur optimalen Patientenversorgung bei 👨⚕️👩⚕️🫀
Nach drei intensiven Wochen findet ein Abschlusstag mit Rückblick und Feedback statt. Die Teams überprüfen ihre zuvor festgelegten Lernziele und reflektieren ihre individuelle Entwicklung während des Projekts.

KIDie medizinische Versorgung von Kindern erfolgt heutzutage durch multiprofessionelle Behandlungsteams. Das heißt, mehrere Berufsgruppen wie Ärzt*innen, Pflegekräfte, Hebammen, Physiotherapeut*innen oder auch Psycholog*innen betreuen die Kinder (und Eltern) während ihres stationären Aufenthalts in der Kinderklinik.
Die interprofessionelle Teamarbeit ist von größter Bedeutung für eine hochwertige und ganzheitliche Behandlung, damit die Kinder schnellstmöglich gesund werden und nach Hause entlassen werden können. Als erste Kinderklinik in Nordrhein-Westfalen hat die Uniklinik Bonn daher eine Interprofessionelle Ausbildungsstation (IPSTA) eingerichtet. Mit diesem Leuchtturmprojekt soll die Grundlagen für interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit bereits in der Ausbildung etabliert werden - im Sinne der Patient*innenversorgung und -sicherheit. Mittlerweile konnte die IPSTA von der Kinderkardiologie auf die Kinderherzchirurgie ausgeweitet werden, so dass nun auf zwei Stationen IPSTAs in der Kinderklinik stattfinden. Eine weitere Expansion der IPSTA auf die Kinderintensivstation wird aktuell zusammen mit der Stiftung kinderherzen geplant.
