HO💫SSK Decrease in Knitting
Today I’m showing you how to do an SSK decrease – a simple technique that creates a neat left-leaning stitch.
1. Insert your right needle into the first stitch on the left needle as if to knit.
2. Simply slip this stitch onto the right needle without knitting it.
3. Do the same with the second stitch.
4. Return both stitches to the left needle.
5. Now insert your right needle into the back loops of these two stitches and knit them together through the back loop.
That’s it! You now have a finished SSK decrease on your right needle – clean and leaning to the left.
💫Diminution SSK au tricot
Aujourd’hui, je vous montre comment faire une diminution SSK – une technique simple qui crée une maille inclinée proprement vers la gauche.
1. Insérez l’aiguille droite dans la première maille de l’aiguille gauche comme pour la tricoter.
2. Glissez simplement cette maille sur l’aiguille droite sans la tricoter.
3. Faites la même chose avec la maille suivante.
4. Replacez les deux mailles sur l’aiguille gauche.
5. Insérez maintenant l’aiguille droite dans le brin arrière de ces deux mailles et tricotez-les ensemble par l’arrière.
Et voilà ! Vous avez réalisé une diminution SSK sur votre aiguille droite – propre et inclinée vers la gauche.
