CHlesson 21 of 30 ↣ how I learned to 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 myself (a poem)
this is actually an excerpt from a spoken word poem I wrote 6 years ago, when I was 25. I went through 6 mo of deep depression. It was the darkest time of my 20s, but also the most healing journey. The full poem is like 13 min long haha. I had to cut it down to one min here.
