One piece of paper… so many options!!! This is Day 28 of my Project… where I’m mass making a different ephemera base for journals every day for 100 days… for The 100 Day Project 2026!!! This piece of ephemera is difficult to explain, simple to make… and once it’s in front of you… you just want to explore!!! HINT: This can be added as a pocket or wrapped around a page. You can add glue to add extra pockets or leave it as flip outs for added journaling space. This is one you need to see embellished and finished before it makes sense I’m thinking… but it’s just sooo fun!!! TIP: For your first fold, fold with the natural curve of your stained paper. Believe me… it’s easier!!! Ephemera Base Inspiration Credit - Terri Woods!!! If you decided to join me in this ephemera base making mission… don’t forget to tag me so I can see your fun creations as they’re happening!!! I encourage you to pop by each day and see what ephemera bases I’ve prepared to add to my basket (I’m thinking I’ll aim for a set of 10 for each ephemera set). I hope this project encourages you to keep trying to improve, not only your organisation to suit your needs the best way possible, but also encourages you to try and achieve the best possible creative experience with whatever time you have to create!!! One of my favourite sources of inspiration is antiques, like this antique glass lantern slide. It was once used in the 19th century for projection shows, long before film and digital images existed. Today they’re treasured as delicate historical artifacts, capturing small moments of the past in luminous detail. ✨ I loved re-creating them as little frames and layers for my scrapbook journals.
