It is crucial for many exercises to perform them in a specific and controlled manner to avoid injuries. Our high fidelity system can capture these fine details and once you have the 3D animated character, you have the freedom of staging it any way you like: circle the character to show the pose from any angle, zoom into a specific part to show minor adjustments in posture, overlay visual representations of bones or muscles, just to name a few.
