To gain speed, you need to push your body to its limits, like biohacking it. 🌟 Here are a few methods you can apply: 🌟 💨 HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): 💨 High-intensity exercise followed by brief periods of rest For example, you could run at high intensity for 30 seconds, then walk for 30 seconds before repeating. We recommend running 80–90 meters. 🏃‍♂️ Running Form: 🏃‍♂️ Go out and take a video of you running at your maximum speed, then take a look at exactly what you are doing with your key movements (legs, arms, and head). Take a look at highly fast players such as Mbappe, Mudryk, and Haaland. Analyze their running form and see which you like the most. Then try your best to replicate that. Combine this with the HIIT, and you'll see progress in no time. 🦘 Plyometrics: 🦘 Plyometrics will increase your speed, reaction time, and agility, so it's basically a no-brainer. Most contractors think they have a people problem. “They don’t care.” “They’re not accountable.” “I have to do everything myself.” But here’s what’s actually happening: You haven’t built a structure where winning is clear. No clear outcomes. No measurable score. No ownership. No aligned incentives. And then we wonder why effort feels inconsistent. In the reel, I break down what I call the Ownership Engine™: Everything revolves around one thing - Outcomes. Then four parts have to work together: Clarity – If they don’t know what winning looks like, they can’t win. Empower – Stop solving every problem. Teach them to think. Score – What gets measured gets managed. Visible KPIs change behavior. Reward – Don’t bonus effort. Bonus results. An engine only runs when all four parts work together.
