I’m using the @nairobihair foam wrap mousse. @olaplex hair oil as a heat protectant and @moroccanoil holding spray. #pixie #pixiecut @thecutlife

Your new pixie cut isn’t “hard to maintain” … you’re probably just missing 1 of the 2 ESSENTIAL things most short pixies need to feel top tier. 1) A bomb cut! Most clients tend to look at the end result, meaning you look for the finished look, style or color. But most seasoned short hair stylist know that the cut is 50% percent of the battle. A great cut should NOT require you to come to the salon every week or two weeks. (Unless you want to 😉) A great cut is easy to mould, and can be wore without any styling. 2) Proper relaxer techniques. I’m not gonna lie, I hate when clients relax their hair at home. 🫠🫣 I totally get being budget friendly, HOWEVER over processed in some areas and under-processed key detail areas takes away from the overall vibe of your pixie.
