🍕 647 Cal Large Cheese Pizza 📍 This is one of my most viral and most recreated recipes of all time with a slight remix! A whole large pizza for only 647 calories with 55g protein! And can be made in 20 minutes which is sooo clutch 🤌🏻 ✅ Macros for the WHOLE 12” Cheese Pizza: 647 Cals, 73g Carbs, 15g Fat, 55g Protein ✳️ Ingredients for Protein Crust: 70g Self Rising Flour (can sub with AP Flour but just sub in a big pinch of salt and 4g baking powder) 12g Coconut Flour 5g Nutritional Yeast 75g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt 75g 2% Cottage Cheese (I use Good Culture) 75g Egg Whites ✳️ Toppings: 90g Pizza Sauce 56g Part Skim Mozzarella Non Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray Garlic Powder ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Add your dry crust ingredients into bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your wet ingredients and mix till a thick paste. 2️⃣ Add dough to the middle of a big piece of parchment paper. You want to spread this crust to about 12-13in. The spread of the crust is a skill you will get better at over time but the premise is spreading from the inside out in a circular motion to ensure you keep the edges thick for the crust. 3️⃣ When preheating the oven, keep your pizza pan in there to heat up (helps crust cook evenly). 4️⃣ Now add the parchment with the crust on it to a pan and bake on 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden. 5️⃣ Take the crust off the parchment and add back to the pan. Add your toppings (see video of me rinsing the mozzarella to ensure cheese pulls). Spray crust with non stick olive oil spray and sprinkle with garlic powder to make a garlic crust. A healthier version of pizza 🍕 1. Preheat oven to 400 °F / 200 °C. Line a small baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper. 2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. (1/4 c) 3. Add 1 egg, 1/2c mozzarella, 1/4c almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, salt, and any seasonings. Mix until a thick batter forms. 4. Pour onto the prepared sheet and spread into a 1/4 inch thick circle (about 6–7 inches across). 5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden. 6. Remove, add your sauce, cheese, and toppings. Return to oven and bake another 6–8 minutes until the cheese melts. 7. Let cool a couple of minutes before slicing Let me know if you make it!! Homemade pizza is really so simple to make! This crust takes about half an hour to rise. So while it’s rising you can prep all your toppings! Pizza Crust recipe: Mix together in bowl: 2 cups warm water 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons dry yeast Once the yeast mixture is bubbly add: 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 2 teaspoons Redmond sea salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 5 cups flour (I used 2.5 cups whole wheat and 2.5 cups unbleached white flour) Mix all ingredients adding a little more flour until it doesn’t stick to side of bowl. Let mix for about 10 minutes to develop gluten. Once done remove from bowl and work dough with hands. Cut into 2 for 2 large crusts or 4 for 12” crusts. Let rise on floured surface for about 30 minutes till doubled. Once doubled work dough with hands to form a crust. Place on pizza plate and then top with your favorite pizza fixings! Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
